FAQ

Will it fit in my window?

The X-IT ladder is designed to fit all window / wall dimensions. If your window sill protrudes past the inside wall face, it helps X-IT’s grapple hook transfer weight to the structure below, ensuring a weak sill will not affect its performance. If you do not have a window sill that protrudes past the inside wall face, then use X-IT’s permanent mount accessory bracket.

Yes, X-IT Fire Escape Ladders are reusable. X-IT advises safe practice with your X-IT ladder by reading all instructions, deploying your X-IT ladder, then climbing up a few steps from the ground, and following the repack instructions.
